Pakistan President meets UAE ambassador

Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari met the UAE ambassador to Pakistan Ali Saif Sultan Al-Awani at the Presidential Palace Wednesday. Zardari was receiving members of diplomatic missions who called on him to express greetings on the occasion of the Eid Al-Fitr.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed to Zardari greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Zardari asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and to HH President.

Al-Awani also met the Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani and exchanged Eid greetings with him.
